Last month, EdSights hosted its annual PERSIST Summit in Austin, TX. Andy Bills and his team at High Point University have worked diligently to create a streamlined workflow that consistently supports students. Their commitment to student success is evident in how they actively use EdSights reports to guide targeted outreach and provide timely follow-up for students in need.
This award is given to a partner who excels in project and change management during implementation, showcasing outstanding onboarding and creative communication strategies. Oklahoma State University demonstrated strong performance in both onboarding and communication, creating a seamless experience for students and staff.

Johnson & Wales University saw significant retention gains from 2022 to 2023, surpassing their goals on both campuses, including an impressive 8% increase at one campus. While they credit various retention efforts, they acknowledge that their chatbot has played a vital role. Their dedication to fully utilizing EdSights data, organizing, and sharing each check-in’s insights has been essential to their success.
